These terms govern use of the current version of the TimeMaxx app.

By downloading or using TimeMaxx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. TimeMaxx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal or internal productivity purposes.
You are responsible for how you use the app and any data you create within it. TimeMaxx is a local-first tool and does not provide cloud backup or synchronization in the current version, so you are responsible for any copies or exports of your data that you choose to keep.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Use the app for unlawful activity
- Interfere with the app's stability, security, or availability
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TimeMaxx is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You are responsible for how you use the information produced by the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeMaxx and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated over time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the Last updated date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
